Our Work

Evidence, policy and practice

Our work brings together public policy and civil-society capacity with mental health, psychosocial wellbeing and organisational resilience. We develop research, advice and learning activities around the needs of institutions, communities and helping professions.

Research and evaluation

Independent studies, evidence reviews, needs assessments and programme evaluations. We use qualitative and quantitative approaches to understand what works, for whom and in which contexts.

Public policy and governance

Policy analysis, briefs and practical recommendations for public institutions and civil-society organisations. We support evidence-informed decisions, participatory dialogue and the evaluation of public interventions.

EU projects and partnerships

Project development and interdisciplinary collaboration with European partners. We contribute to research design, work-package planning, evaluation and the communication of findings.

Training, coaching and mentorship

Professional development and reflective space for helping professions and organisational leaders. Workshops, coaching and mentorship connect learning with the challenges of everyday practice.

Wellbeing and organisational resilience

Educational and advisory work on psychosocial wellbeing, burnout prevention and organisational culture. We help teams examine working conditions and develop supportive, sustainable ways of working.

Knowledge exchange and capacity-building

Accessible reports, professional learning and dialogue between research, policy and practice. We support organisations in interpreting evidence, sharing knowledge and strengthening their capacity to act.

Our approach

We begin with the question and the context, not a predetermined solution. Our approach connects careful enquiry with practical application and learning.

01

Understand the context

Clarify the question, review available evidence and listen to the people and organisations involved. Identify needs, constraints and the decisions the work should inform.

02

Develop the response

Agree appropriate methods, objectives and responsibilities with partners. Design research, advisory or learning activities that fit the setting and the people involved.

03

Apply and learn

Translate findings into usable recommendations and resources. Support implementation, evaluate progress and share learning to inform future policy and practice.
